We are excited to have a student resource officer here on campus with us. Please read his introduction below.
Hello! My name is Officer Ford. I have been in law enforcement since 2019 but this is my second year as a School Resource Officer! I previously worked for Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. I was raised in Brown City and graduated from BCHS so being able to serve the community I was raised in is an honor and very exciting!
My Role at the School is to ensure the safety and well-being of the students and staff in the Elementary and High school buildings. Along with being the first line of defense for the schools, I also interact with the students and try to build a positive relationship with them so that I can be another tool for them if they need someone to talk to or just need advice on something.
